Unloading had to be done with forklifts due to powerline and lot constraints. There was not enough room for a crane and the truck in the parking lot. We used three solid tire and one pnumatic. The trucks were as follows:
Taylor 40,000lbs
Cat 30,000lbs
Towmotor 18,000lbs
Cat 33,000lbs
The box was almost 25 feet long, 13 feet wide and 13 feet tall. Moving the mill into the building was tight on the 12x14 Foot door. After entering the building there were three 90 degree corners to negotiate. The tightest spot was between a column and a sheet rack. The lowered celing was removed, the main electrical buss in the front isle was raised. All pipeing had to be raised, including sprinkler, argon, oxegen, air, and conduit. We used plates as to not damage the freshly painted floors.

Oct 2000 Free standing Yard Crane
Along with four inside overhead cranes ICE Rigging was contracted to transport asemble and erect a yard crane. The overall dimentions of the crane are 220 Ft long , 63 Ft tall, and 60 Ft wide. The crane is rated an 30 Ton (US). The rails that the crane runs on are almost a quater mile long. The main crane sections were hauled in two pieces, each 110 Ft long.
